2. Greek Mythology Compared to Norse Mythology: Read through exceptional comparative entries on Gareth Long's web site detailing the similarities and contrasts between the deities of ancient Greece and Scandinavia.

3. Ravensgard's Norse Home Page: You'll definitely want to visit this site for an extensive and comprehensive overview of on-line resources on Norse culture and history. You'll find the listings under the Norse Literature, History & Cultural Overviews and Language Families particularly useful.

4. Norse Mythology Index: Read through Encyclopedia Mythica's catalog of mythology, folklore and legend of ancient Scandinavia for a comprehensive overview of Norse Myth. Here you'll find listing from Asgard to Yggdrasil. You'll find this resource an invaluable study aid.

5. Norse Goddesses: Visit Kat's Realm for a very useful listing of Norse deities. This site will be especially useful when you get around to compiling your study lists for the Final Exam.

6. Homosexuality in Viking Scandinavia: Read through Gunnora Hallakarva's (a.k.a. The Viking Answer Lady) essay on "How the Vikings Regarded Homosexuality." While at this site you might also want to visit Gunnora's Timeline of Viking History and read through other Essays on Viking Culture.

7. Valhalla's Svar: Browse through The Official Sagaletter of the Viking Age Club where you'll find many useful links and essays on Nordic Society and Culture. In particular, you'll find the entries on "Women in Nordic Society," "Viking Land Rights," and "Runic Divination" useful as research sources for your own writing.

8. Norse Cosmography: Read through AMG's page on Norse Cosmology for an overview of Norse cosmography and a view of the Yggdrasil, the world-ash, at the center of the universe.

9. Ethics in Gylfaginning: Read through Tarrin's web-essay on "?orr's Ethics in Gylfaginning" for an exploration of violence against the Giants in Snorri Sturlsuon's Gylfaginning.

10. Thor's Hammer: Read through Dan Bray's web-essay on the proliferation of images of Thor's Hammer, Mjollnir, in 10th-century Medieval Scandinavia & Iceland.
